Given a linear time-invariant dynamical system

 

            dx/dt = Ax +Bu,

 

where x is the state of the system and u the input, and given the initial time t_i, the initial state x_i, the final time t_f and final state x_f, find all the inputs, if any, which will achieve the desired state transfer.
