CURRENT RESEARCH INTERESTS:

Electrical and Optical properties of semiconductor nanostructures, such as Quantum Well and Superlattice and their applications as optical sources and detectors, etc al.

Nonlinear Optics, Quantum optics and electronics, such as high order harmonic generation, Ultraslow and stored light by Electro-magnetically Introduced Transparence (EIT), Confined Photons in microcavites etc al.

Phonon dynamics, such as high frequency (THz) sound generation, stimulated decay of phonons, Frohlich scattering with its applications, phonon spectrum in nanostructures, phonon scattering of hot carriers and photon, etc al.

Optical Communication systems, such as fiber optics, signal modulation, muliplexing, coupling and amplification, photonic switching, bistable optical devices and optical interconnections, etc al.
